Sim did an AMAZING job of keeping her cool with absolutely no help from drugs. Unfortunately, Will's head is turned slightly - making it difficult for him to come out. Sim pushed and pushed (and remained cool the whole time), but eventually, she was given an epidural (don't know if I spelled that right).
I am relieved to see she is resting for the time being. Still no Will.
